1. Payment Terms:
- For all services, a deposit of 50% of the total project cost is required upfront. The remaining 50% is due upon project completion.
- All payments are non-refundable.
2. Subscription Services:
- Our subscription services will continue as long as payments are made on time. Failure to make payments will result in suspension or termination of the service.
- Clients may cancel their subscription at any time by notifying us via email or phone.
3. Termination of Services:
- Clients have the right to terminate any service at any time. Please communicate your decision to end the service by contacting Brayten Pier at bpier@canded.net or (260) 437 - 3115.
4. Refund Policy:
- We do not offer refunds for any services or subscriptions. All sales are final.
5. Changes to Terms:
- Construction and Engineering Design reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients and posted on our website.
